Once approved, is it possible to download a file and then upload this into our TMS system?

Yes, once your rates have been approved and uploaded into Ship Angel, you can then download any rate file in our clean format, to be re-uploaded to other systems, However, we would recommend a direct API connection between our application and your other systems to mitigate any human errors with downloading/reuploading rates.
