How do notifications work?

From time to time, there will be important updates on your workspace that we will need to notify you about, but you have the power over what you choose to receive. 

Some important things we may notify you about:

- A new user joins your team

- A new rate document has been updated or is processing

- An uploaded rates document becomes active on the platform

- There was a processing error with a rate document

- A rates document expires soon

 

You can choose whether to be notified in-app (when logging into your workspace) or via email. To make changes to this, simply go to Homepage > Profile Icon > Settings > Notifications.
